Registration fee includes: access to all conference sessions, lunches and coffee breaks during the event, program and abstract book, free wi-fi, gadgets and conference materials.

Group discounts are available: 10% off the registration fee for 2 participants from the same university, institute or company, 15% for 3 participants, 20% for 4 or more participants.​ All participants must register together and only one invoice/receipt will be issued. 

 

Based on the pandemic situation, the conference could be held as a hybrid event, where the participants have the choice of attending in person (on-site in Verona) or virtually (via an on-line platform). In this case, the virtual participation fee will be established and communicated in time.

 

*Students must send proof of their status to conference@3d-icomas-verona.orgStudent registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only. The student rate is not available for post-doctorates.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be sent in writing via email at conference@3d-icomas-verona.org
  • If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, he may require replacement, by arrangement with the conference secretary, someone else to attend in his/her place.
  • Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • By registering for the conference you hereby agree the terms and conditions.
  • Organization is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes , or hostilities.
  • The organization reserves the right to make alterations to the program, date and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
  • The organization reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. In such consequence the organization is committed to refund any registration fees paid (net of bank transfer charges), direct to the delegate upon proof of purchase. Organizer will have no further liability to the client.
  • Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
  • In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
  • Delegates are responsible are for checking this information prior to the event. We advised to keep checking the website for updates of our conference.
  • The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
