Conference papers

Conference participants who wish to publish their presented work can submit it to a Special Issue of MDPI Condensed Matter, an open-access ISI/Scopus-indexed journal.

8 articles will be exempt from the publication fee, while the next 10 will receive a 50% discount. The manuscript submission deadline is March 31, 2026. For further information, please contact the conference secretariat.

Poster Prizes

“MDPI Condensed Matter Best Poster Prizes” (€300) will be awarded to the best two posters. Further details will be provided later. The prizes are kindly sponsored by the journal MDPI Condensed Matter.

The required format for poster presentations is a traditional printed poster.
A vertical A0 size is recommended (1175 mm × 865 mm).

In case of transport issues, an A1 size (841 mm × 594 mm) may be used instead.
