Venue and transport
The conference will take place at the Conference Center of the Hotel San Marco, a 4-stars hotel located in the wonderful Verona, an ancient Roman city in the north of Italy between Venice and Milan.
There are different ways to reach Verona: you can fly to Verona Catullo Airport and then, by shuttle bus, transfer to Verona Porta Nuova railway station in about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can fly to Venice or Milan Airports and then, by train, transfer to Verona Porta Nuova railway station.
From the square in front of the Verona Porta Nuova railway station, take bus n. 11 at the platform D1 (direction to "Chievo/Bussolengo") and get off at the Via Longhena 40 stop (6 stops), right next to the Hotel San Marco. In the evening hours, you have to take bus n. 95 (direction to "Chievo") and get off again at the Via Longhena 40 stop (6 stops).
This is the simplest way to reach the Hotel San Marco from Verona Porta Nuova railway station. It requires less than 15 minutes in total (bus + walking). Alternatively, you can take a Taxi and reach the Hotel San Marco in about 10 minutes (15-20 minutes from the Verona Airport) or on foot in about 20 minutes.

- SINGLE ROOM or Economy DOUBLE ROOM single use: 60.00 € for night
- Standard DOUBLE ROOM single use: 70.00 € for night
- Superior DOUBLE ROOM single use: 85.00 € for night
- Double Room for double use: +10.00 € for room for night
The accommodation rates include buffet breakfast, free wi-fi, VAT, access to Gym, discounted admission to the wellness center. City tax (3.50 € for person for night) excluded.
The Hotel San Marco is about 2 Km from the historic center of Verona (Arena - Piazza Bra), which can be reached by foot in half hour from the hotel, by bus n. 11 in about 15 minutes, by taxi in less than 10 minutes. From Piazza Bra you can easily walk to all the main historical attractions of Verona.
